At LAVIM Beauty Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the guidelines below regarding returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Products must be in the same condition as received

For health and safety reasons, opened, used, or tested beauty products may not be eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was received damaged
  • The wrong product was shipped
  • The product arrived defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. LAVIM Beauty Supply is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Processed within 5–10 business days after approval

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
